Terms of Service
1 Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service define the conditions for using Osanpo Type ("the Service"). Users agree to use the Service in accordance with these terms.
2 Article 2 (User Registration)
Prospective users shall apply for registration by the prescribed method after agreeing to these terms.
The Service will review the registration application and notify the user upon approval. Registration is complete upon this notification.
3 Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
When using the Service, users must not engage in the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
- Acts that disrupt server or network functions
- Acts that interfere with Service operations
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Collection of personal information about other users
- Registration of false information
4 Article 4 (Service Suspension)
The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice if it deems any of the following circumstances exist.
5 Article 5 (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)
If a user engages in prohibited acts, the Service may restrict all or part of the Service usage or deregister the user without prior notice.
6 Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Service bears no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties.
7 Article 7 (Service Changes)
The Service may change Service content or discontinue the Service without notice and bears no responsibility for resulting damages.
8 Article 8 (Terms Changes)
The Service may change these terms at any time without notice when deemed necessary.
